Summary:

Steven Santiago is wanted for the double homicides of 22-year-olds Jesse Parrilla and Nikki Huang.

Vital Statistics

Circumstances of Offense:

The incident started when a group of gang members robbed Nikki. After Nikki told her friends who had gang ties, both Nikki and Jesse were kidnapped by the same gang who robbed her. Those gang members then allegedly shot both victims to death and torched the vehicle that their bodies were left in. Nikki’s robbery led to a series of shootings that left three dead including her and Jesse and three wounded. Nikki was not responsible for the actions of the rival gangs and they are the ones responsible for the subsequent shootings and homicides. Steven Santiago is still at large as of a 01/24/2025 news article.

Additional Details:

Anyone with information on Steven’s whereabouts should contact New York City Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS. Please consider sharing this so that the families of Jesse and Nikki can get justice and answers in their loved one’s cases. Steven should be considered extremely dangerous.
