Summary:

Trinidad Magana-Chavez and his brother, Jose Manuel Magana are wanted for the homicide of 36-year-old Jose Rosario Arellano.

Vital Statistics

Circumstances of Offense:

Arellano was in bed with the estranged wife of Magana-Chavez whom she had a protection order against. Magana-Chavez and his brother allegedly broke into the woman’s apartment. The men then proceeded to hit and kick both of the victims. Authorities say that Magana-Chavez then allegedly grabbed his estranged wife, and pulled her away from the bed where he continued to hit and kick her. Magana then allegedly shot Arellano to death with an assault rifle. The Magana brothers then fled and CPR was performed on Arellano, who tragically died from his injuries. As of this posting, Washington’s Odyssey court records portal show that both brothers have active warrants for their arrest.
