Summary:
Andi’s sister Alix recalled seeing her sister for around 10 minutes. She says Andi wasn’t around much the weeks before she was reported missing. Andi was struggling with addiction at the time, but was making an effort to turn her life around. Andi had reached out to her mother, expressing a desire to come live with her in Texas. Police believe she was last seen in Oakland City, Indiana, about 40 minutes north of Evansville on the border of Kentucky, or Newburgh, IN.

Family believes Wagner was with an ex-boyfriend just before she vanished. Wagner showed up unexpectedly, packs a bag and leaves her grandparents' house in Evansville without providing any information about her whereabouts.
Additional Details:
Andi Wagner was last known to be in Evansville, Indiana on August 6, 2022. Wagner’s family first reported her missing to the Evansville Police Department on Aug. 12, 2022. According to police records, Wagner’s family had not heard from her in nearly a week at the time of her disappearance. It is unusual for her to be out of contact with family. Elane Garcia, Mom of missing Andi Wagner passed away Mon. December 18th, 2023. Her struggles were real and she was trying desperately to find her daughter, often feeling alone in this battle. She was loved more than she knew. We will continue searching of Andi in her honor. In May of 2024, multiple law enforcement agencies, including the FBI, collected evidence during searches of three properties in and near Oakland City in connection with the investigation into the August 2022 disappearance of Andi Wagner, according to Evansville Police Department.
