Savin Seng was arrested in Victoria County, Texas on October 3, 2025. This was after he was identified as the suspect in the shooting death of a woman earlier that day. I offer my condolences to the family of the murdered woman. Gabriel had arrived at a strip club to pick up his girlfriend. An argument started between him and Savin over a handicap parking space. As Savin drove away, he allegedly shot Gabriel to death. As of this posting, Savin’s PC187 (murder) case in Los Angeles County’s court records database has no disposition and no court filings since 2022, confirming that Savin is still at large.
