Larry Hicks is wanted for the homicide of his ex-girlfriend, 45-year-old Monique Yanulavich.

Circumstances of Offense:

Authorities allege that Larry stabbed Monique to death. Monique’s body would be found deceased in a car. Monique had previously been in an abusive relationship with Larry. It should be noted that Larry had been convicted of strangling his sister-in-law to death in 2001. He pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter and served five years in prison. Larry was last seen getting on a bus in Corpus Christi, Texas. The destination was Brownsville, Texas which is on the US-Mexico border. Unfortunately, Larry remains a fugitive according to news articles from 07/14/2025 (the third anniversary of Monique’s homicide).

Anyone with information on Larry’s whereabouts should contact the New York State Police at 518-563-3761. Larry should be considered extremely dangerous. Please consider sharing this so that Monique’s family can get justice and answers in their loved one’s case. I hope that Larry can be located and arrested to ensure the safety of other women.
