Insy was found strangled to death inside her mobile home. There had been a history of violence between Jose and Insy. Authorities say after allegedly murdering Insy, Jose drove to Dallas in her vehicle. He then took a bus to Nuevo Laredo, Mexico. As of this posting, Jose has an active murder warrant and is not in custody, according to Harris County’s court records database.
