Authorities say that an argument broke out at a lounge that James was involved in. That is when James allegedly stabbed Romario to death. A warrant was issued for James’s arrest and a second suspect who allegedly pointed a gun to Romário’s head was arrested. That suspect was acquitted of murder at trial but was convicted in a separate trial for unlawfully possessing a firearm. James has an extensive criminal history related to drug dealing that dates back to 2012. As of this posting, Maryland’s court records database confirms that James has an active warrant.
