Circumstances of Offense:
Dominique and a woman were walking back to their hotel when several men in ski masks pulled up to them in a vehicle. The suspects got out of the vehicle and then shot Dominique to death. Joseph has been wanted since January of 2024 for his alleged involvement while a juvenile co-defendant has since been arrested. Dominique’s father would mention on Go Fund Me that his son had defended his girlfriend in an earlier altercation with the suspects. That means the suspects committed an act of retribution against Dominique for being a caring and responsible boyfriend. As of this posting, Joseph has an active murder warrant and is not in custody, according to Harris County’s court records database. He is also on the Harris County Sheriff’s Most Wanted list. Joseph was born in the United States but any potential whereabouts have not been publicized.
