Summary:

Mark Lamont Harris Jr. is wanted for the capital murders of 21-year-old Dejon Nelms and 20-year-old Modesti Allmon.

Circumstances of Offense:

Authorities say that Mark and Kevin Mitchell went to buy marijuana and a prescription pain medication from Dejon. Mark then allegedly shot both Dejon and Modesti to death. Their bodies were found in a car with Dejon being shot six times and Modesti being shot ten times. In 2024, Kevin who was 17 at the time was arrested in connection with case. He pleaded guilty to two manslaughter charges and received a 20-year sentence. The Little Rock Police Department has now publicly announced that Mark Harris Jr. is also wanted for this crime. As of this posting, Mark is still at large based on recent news articles about the case.
