Circumstances of Offense:
On August 17, 2023, the 15-year old victim was seated in a vehicle and was shot multiple times by two offenders. The victim later succumbed to his injuries from the shooting and died on August 22, 2023. Both offenders fled the scene and were identified later in the investigation. A 14-year old offender was arrested and charged. Jesus Pantoja fled the area and an arrest warrant was obtained for Pantoja for murder. Pantoja is to be considered armed and dangerous and his current whereabouts are unknown.
