Summary:
On 03-24-23, MPD patrol responded to a welfare check after a male was discovered unresponsive in his vehicle. Officers on scene determined the male had been shot in the vehicle. The victim was identified as Brian Fair. An unknown male was observed entering Mr. Fair’s vehicle while on the access road beside 635 Medical Center Pkwy before shooting Mr. Fair who was seated in the driver’s seat. Suspect fled in a dark colored SUV.
