Edgar Silva is wanted for the homicide of 37-year-old Nancy Padilla. Nancy was in a vehicle when they were cut off by another driver. They honked at that driver and Edgar pulled up beside their vehicle. Edgar then allegedly opened fire at Nancy’s vehicle, shooting her in the neck and killing her. A man in Nancy’s vehicle suffered a graze wound to the back.
