Vital Statistics
Circumstances of Offense:
The investigation uncovered contacts between Goddard and an adult female, allowing Goddard to gain access to a minor child for purposes of obtaining materials related to sexually explicit conduct involving the child. Goddard turned himself in on April 26 for charges stemming from an online tip made through the Oregon Internet Crimes Against Children taskforce. He posted a $25,000 bail, as set by the Clackamas County Court, and was released with "intensive level" of "pretrial supervision" that includes no contact with any of the victims or other minors.
Additional Details:
After his release, U.S. Marshals believed that Goddard sold everything and fled the state to Mexico, and intelligence reveals he may now be in North Las Vegas working as a roofer. According to a wanted poster, Goddard was found to have a collection of child sexual abuse material, as well as requesting someone to create child sexual abuse material for him, which he also shared with others online. According to the U.S. Marshals Office, Goddard is labeled as a sex offender, sexually violent predator, and international flight risk. Goddard is a roofing contractor with a previous criminal record who owned Milwaukie-based K&K Roofing since 2018. Over the years, he has been convicted of theft, burglary and various traffic infractions including street racing and driving with a suspended license.
