Vital Statistics

Circumstances of Offense:

The allegations stem from November 2023 when the survivors were interviewed by medical forensics specialists. The alleged abuse came to light when the survivors underwent medical interviews and forensic evaluation.

Additional Details:

As of July 2024, a man accused of raping two children under the age of 13 was wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service and the Columbus Division of Police. U.S. Marshal Michael Black with the Southern District of Ohio stated there were already multiple survivors that Fenelon violated, with the goal to make sure he doesn't have further opportunity. Franklin County’s court records database currently shows no docket entries since the warrant was issued for Fenelon’s arrest. This unfortunately confirms that he is still at large.
