Colby Sheppard was last seen by his family on December 27, 2023. Investigators have confirmed the last sighting of Colby in the community was at a local Pizza Hut on East Broadway in Enid Oklahoma. He was seen wearing blue jeans, a blue shirt and grey hat. His vehicle gold 2008 Honda Civic Del Sol Sedan with Oklahoma plates. The vehicle was located on January 10, 2024 abandoned at 1322 Davis Street in Enid, Oklahoma. Approximately one block from where Colby was last seen.

Circumstances of Offense:
Colby's girlfriend Kendra Battelo had been reported missing on July 5, 2022 at the time of her disappearance there was a pending domestic violence case against Colby & she was the victim. The court case was dismissed after Kendra had gone missing because she was not available to testify against Sheppard. Authorities never reported whether Colby was a person of interest in Kendra's case. They had taken several belongings of Colby's in for testing as well as bringing Colby to the police several times for questioning.
