Luis allegedly shot Dongbin to death and allegedly shot and wounded a customer. The incident took place at the Dollar Tree where Luis was previously employed. Dongbin had fired Luis for stealing sleeping pills. A total of 16 shots were fired. Luis has ties to Puerto Rico where he is from and Florida.
