Lagarrion allegedly shot Chancellor and an another man as the victims were leaving a bar. The motive was an argument that took place inside the bar. Lagarrion was identified as the alleged suspect months later. He has been profiled extensively as part of the Metro Nashville Police Department (MNPD) Criminal Warrants Division’s weekly most wanted list. All efforts to locate him have been unsuccessful.
