Summary:
Linda passed from high amounts of cocaine in her system. She was not a drug user and never had been. Blood work was taken at Lexington Medical Center days before her being forced to go home by LMC due to insurance running out. Blood work at dismissal shows no cocaine in system. After she was sent home on hospice against her will and against her sisters request, it is believed she was murdered through use of cocaine.
Vital Statistics
Circumstances of Death:
Toxicology reports show large amounts of cocaine in her system. No autopsy was done due to caregiver convincing Linda months before (even though burial plots paid for) that she should be cremated. Linda was improving once sent home on hospice though some family members went out to eat. Things took a horrible turn. No true death investigations occurred at the home due to at first believing she died of medical complications from infection. It was only after toxicology reports (and death certificate changed ) came back showing high levels of cocaine did the family confirm she’d been murdered. The toxicology was done at the request of family who felt she was being poisoned or overmedicated by her own meds. While in the hospital room, Linda begged not to go back to her home where Tiffany Lutz was still residing. She asked family to keep her husband safe, remove Lutz and live in boyfriend from their home and remove them from auto insurance. Lutz tried to present medical power of attorney to hospital although error was found on paperwork and request denied. She tried to keep all family from visiting Linda though her efforts failed. Lutz cut off all of their phones so family couldn’t reach Linda nor Conrad. She deleted all text messages from phones. No real death investigation ever occurred until months later after her passing at the family’s repeated requests to LCPD. Even then, officers ignored calls and solicitors office was then contacted. Afterwards, all that was done were two interviews with hospice nurses, a thorough look at fraud on their checking accounts followed by a visit to Conrad to inform him of what had been found. Due to the husband requesting all investigations be stopped, no further action or investigations have occurred. The family is outraged as there has been zero justice for Linda.
Additional Details:
The person of interest continues to live with and provide care for Linda’s disabled husband, Conrad. He requested to Solicitor Patterson and LCPD that all investigations into fraudulent charges on their joint accounts stop as well as all death investigations into Linda’s suspicious death stop. Linda had previously reported to two different banks of fraudulent activity.
