On April 16, 2025, it was announced that Oswaldo had been arrested in Sinaloa, Mexico for allegedly murdering a woman in the state of Sonora. During the investigation, Mexican authorities learned about Oswaldo’s Nevada warrant. Circumstances of Offense:
Tabatha was trying to break up with Oswaldo when Oswaldo prevented her from leaving. Tabatha then called her mother, screaming and asking her to come and get her. Before Tabatha’s mother could arrive, Oswaldo allegedly shot Tabatha to death and carjacked a witness.
Additional Details:
The FBI and US Marshals say that Oswaldo has ties to Southern California and Mexico.
