Circumstances of Offense:

Authorities say that Raceme and a juvenile co-defendant confronted Etabo who was standing on an apartment porch. Raceme and his co-defendant then allegedly shot Etabo to death. Witness accounts, surveillance footage and information from the community led to charges being filed in this case. The motive for this crime may have been a dispute between the suspects and Etabo. Raceme’s co-defendant was arrested in August of 2023 while driving a stolen car. Raceme is still at large.
