Circumstances of Offense:

Authorities say that there was an incident between Roger and a group of men in the parking lot of an after-hours bar. Roger then followed the victims into the bar and allegedly shot all five victims. Israel was killed and the other four men were wounded. Roger is now wanted for murder and four counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Israel’s sister had to postpone her August Quinceancera because of her grief. As of this posting, Roger is shown as having an active warrant and not being in custody according to Harris County’s court records database.
