Circumstances of Offense:
Katie and Jessyca were working as bartenders when they told Samuel that he could not bring a gun into their bar. They went outside the bar and Samuel allegedly shot Katie and Jessyca to death. A man was also shot and wounded. Surveillance footage, customer receipts and witness statements led to warrants being issued for Samuel’s arrest. Samuel is believed to have left the state and may have fled to Mexico. The US Marshals are searching for Samuel. As of this posting, King County’s court records database confirms that Samuel has an active warrant.
