Human remains found at Mohawk Park in Tulsa, OK have been identified as missing Owasso man Timothy Vanmatre, 57. The Tulsa County Sheriff's Office (TCSO) said a man searching for deer antlers near Bird Creek found the remains in a remote area of the park. TSCO said they were found a mile away from where Vanmatre's car was located in March 2023.

Deputies in Oklahoma say 57-year-old Timothy VanMatre was seen on security cameras leaving his home in Owasso, OK around 5 p.m. on Saturday, March 18th, 2023. His family found his car an hour later near 66th Street North and Mingo. Timothy hasn’t been seen since.
