Circumstances of Offense:

Authorities say that Javien had some previous negative interactions with the suspects in his case and was being hunted by them. This may have been related to a dispute over rapping, music or some type of competition. Authorities allege that the three suspects approached Javien and guided him into their vehicle. Once inside, the suspects demanded the passwords for Javien’s phones. Once they got to a rural area, they guided him up a slope where they allegedly shot him to death, execution-style with multiple firearms. Authorities were able to get information from a witness to the crime, along with tracking data from Javien’s phone. This has since led to two of Javien’s alleged killers being arrested. This has also led to warrants being issued for Ansari Jalal on charges including First Degree Murder, Kidnapping, Robbery and Prohibited Possession of a Firearm, among other charges. As of this posting, Ansari’s homicide case in Pennsylvania’s court records database has no arrest date, disposition or docket entries since a fugitive declaration was issued in January of 2024. This confirms that Ansari is still wanted for his alleged involvement in this crime.
