Circumstances of Offense:

Authorities say that Miguel and Adam got into an argument at an apartment complex. That is when Miguel allegedly shot Adam to death with an air rifle. Miguel has an extensive arrest record, including in 2018 when he was linked to the disappearance of a 16-year-old girl in Yakima County, who was safely recovered. At the time of that arrest, Miguel had a total of nine outstanding warrants. Miguel currently has an active warrant, according King County’s court records database. He has ties to the Seattle, Yakima and Spokane areas of Washington state.
