Authorities say that Justin walked up to a group of people outside a nightclub with a rifle. Justin then allegedly shot five victims, killing Melvin. Several co-defendants have been arrested but Justin remains at large. As of this posting, Missouri’s court records database shows his murder case as “not disposed” and with no docket entries since 2024. A news article from February 2025 stated that he was still wanted.
