Richard “Jay” Heagen has been missing since March 19th 2024. He took off on foot from his residence on Gray st at 8:20 in Zanesville Ohio, leaving behind his phone, wallet, keys. He was last spotted on camera walking past a dollar general on West Main around 9pm walking toward the Y-bridge. Then after that it is like he just vanished into thin air.
