According to the US Marshals Service, Sebastian allegedly shot Carlos to death during a dispute and physical altercation. Sebastian was publicized on the USMS Facebook page on June 12, 2025, confirming he is still at large. Tragically, Carlos was planning to take his mother to a 9/11 memorial event. This was out of respect to her three co-workers who died in the twin towers while having breakfast.
