Summary:

Kevin Rodriguez is wanted for the homicide of his ex-girlfriend, 32-year-old Jennifer Navarrete.

Vital Statistics

Circumstances of Offense:

Jennifer had been trying to leave her abusive boyfriend, but Kevin was relentless. Authorities say that he threatened, hit and stalked Jennifer, and even hacked her social media accounts and her phone. Two days prior to her homicide, he got into her car and allegedly threatened to kill her with a gun. Kevin allegedly made good on that threat by forcing his way into her bedroom and shooting Jennifer in the head, killing her. Jennifer’s uncle then confronted Kevin who then allegedly shot Jennifer’s uncle in the arm and back, wounding him. The US Marshals Service posted Kevin’s wanted poster on their Facebook page on 06/30/2025, confirming that he is unfortunately still at large. Kevin’s potential whereabouts are not known, according to the US Marshals.

Additional Details:

Anyone with information on Kevin’s whereabouts should contact the US Marshals Service at 1-877-WANTED-2 or NYPD Crime Stoppers (to be eligible for the potential reward) at 1-800-577-TIPS. Kevin should be considered extremely dangerous. Please consider sharing this so that Jennifer’s family can get justice and answers in their loved one’s case.
