Circumstances of Offense:
Ernst had parked his vehicle in the driveway of a residence while visiting people there. That is when Jameel and Zacahary allegedly committed a drive-by shooting. Ernst was shot while in or near his vehicle, which sustained numerous bullet holes. Six people were inside the residence at the time of the shooting, including a toddler. While none of them were thankfully injured, they were still endangered, especially because the residence sustained bullet holes as well. As of this posting, both Jameel and Zacahary are on the FBI’s Law Enforcement Assistance website as wanted fugitives.
