I am writing to you concerning Ramiro Berner Soto of 74 Cheswood Manor, The Woodlands TX 77382. R. Berner is the current CEO of WCN Television and is here on a visa from Mexico. He claimed many falsehoods to get his visa, including...misrepresenting his true shares and the percentage he owns. R. Berner has consistently lied, manipulated, hid from, attacked, intimidated, and bullied not only his investors (shareholders) but also his staff and many vendors. WCN Television is in horrible debt because R. Berner has made countless promises to the team and investors and then repeatedly broke the contracts and agreements. R. Berner requested, to me personally, that I lie to shareholders and investors to cover the debts he has incurred for WCN. In two years, not one single financial document has been shared with the investors, and R. Berner removed me (I was listed as treasurer on the WCN board) from all of WCN’s financial accounts (which violated the company's bylaws) in order to cover his activities. He never replaced me. R Berner has made it abundantly clear that he has zero intention of fulfilling his promises and that all investors/loanees are just out of luck. He states there is no money, while multiple people (close to him) have reported that he is bringing in money, not reporting it, and then covering it. I also know that R. Berner has had conversations with contacts in Mexico that are involved with the cartel. He was approached to consider allowing WCN to wash funds for them. Ramiro Berner has a PROVEN track record of fraudulent behavior and deceitful business practices. After realizing that Ramiro had intentionally been deceiving and stealing from me, my family, other employees, vendors...and even his own family. I investigated. Too late, unfortunately.....Ramiro owes past employees. Partners and entities in multiple states and internationally. When I was still under Ramiro’s spell, I sent money to Ramiro to help him pay his rent, bills, and even a weekend away with his family because he was so convincing. WCN is also currently employing staff that is not legally in the United States (Ex. Guillermo Garza, Spring, TX 77382). We (all investors and former team members) are terrified that this man will run to Mexico with every cent! My husband and I are personally owed around $200,000 alone. These funds were my entire husband's inheritance, and we are both absolutely heartbroken! He was consistently wiring money from WCN investors, employees, and others to Mexico and claiming that it was for business costs. Ramiro has been deceiving and stealing from victims for years!

Ramiro Berner has a PROVEN track record of fraudulent behavior and deceitful business practices. After realizing that Ramiro had intentionally been deceiving and stealing from me, my family, other employees, vendors...and even his own family. I investigated. Too late, unfortunately.....Ramiro owes past employees. Partners and entities in multiple states and internationally. Please see below for a list of groups that are ACTIVELY trying to recover their losses because of this man. When I was still under Ramiro’s spell, I sent money to Ramiro to help him pay his rent, bills, and even a weekend away with his family because he was so convincing.
