My son was found after aprox (2) days floating in the ocean across from The Sandy Dunes and PCH. He was just past the breakers, caught in seaweed. A fisherman found him.

He was set to take the bus in Oxnard to Bakersfield. Somehow, he ended up in the water off PCH.
Additional Details:
There's video of him buying beer at a store off channel islands blvd. He'd been missing for aprox (2) weeks before he was found. It's unlike him not to call me.
