Summary:
Treshawn Herndon is wanted for the homicide of his friend, 18-year-old Raymond Washington. Treshawn, Raymond and a third individual got into a fight over a gun. Surveillance footage later showed Treshawn and the other individual getting into a car. They were driven to a location, where they allegedly committed a drive-by shooting, killing Raymond. The alleged getaway driver was arrested but has since been hospitalized because of severe medical conditions.
