Jhonny Jesus Martinez Serrano is wanted for the capital murder of Nilzuly Arneaud-Petit. Authorities say that Nilzuly was an affiliate of the Tren De Aragua gang who withheld stolen money from the gang. The money was obtained from an ATM theft ring. Authorities allege that Jhonny and his accomplices kidnapped Nilzuly and two teenagers from Dallas. Nilzuly was taken to Farmers Branch where he was shot in the head. The two teens were let go. Jhonny’s three suspected accomplices were arrested.
