Summary:

I reported elder abuse to the Missouri adult protective services on suspicion of abuse by the oldest son caregiver a few weeks before the deceased 90th birthday which I attended a party in which the deceased was healthy and active then just a few weeks later he died

He was found by his oldest son who lives on the same property as the deceased and the deceased youngest son and they waited 3 hours before reporting it to authorities and he was cremated immediately afterwards with one caregiver keeping the ashes

Additional Details:

After his death the three children acting as caregivers two living on the property for free living off disability benefits 2 of them bought new vehicles the other one bought a new boat and motorcycle one of them was sole beneficiary of a $25,000 bank account one of the caregiver brothers took a 4 wheeler several firearms and a car hauling trailer while the other three siblings received $10,000 each soon after the death the caregiver siblings started the process of a forced sale of the property 28 acres
