Circumstances of Disappearance:
Dustin Perkins was last spotted in Naples, Texas near a smoke shop located at 405 WL Doc Dodson on August 15, 2024. Police could not confirm whether he left the location walking or was given a ride, but they said he generally walks everywhere he goes. Police said that Perkins told his mother that he was afraid to go to jail for some time following his recent release from Morris County Jail on Aug. 13, just days before he went missing. However, he was released from jail and had no warrants.
Additional Details:
He could be hiding in the Marietta area of Cass County. Perkins is not considered a threat to the public and no foul play is suspected in his disappearance. However, his mother says foul play IS suspected. Police say if you see Perkins, tell him that his family and local law enforcement want to know he is safe.
