Circumstances of Disappearance:
James went missing from the small town of Fulton, AL. According to loved ones, he had a routine of walking along the creek (presumed to be Bassett Creek) every day. On July 24, 2024, James was captured on a surveillance camera on the phone at 2:31 p.m., and a witness claimed he said, "y'all will miss me." It is unknown who he was on the phone with. He was reported missing two days later by his loved ones. On Friday, July 26, the family of James Zadock Dailey reported to the Clarke County Sheriff's Office that he had been missing since Wednesday, July 24.
Additional Details:
Clarke County Police have said that they believe he may have caught a ride in a car or train. A train line does run through Fulton. Police have used drones, boats, and walked the creek, but there has been no trace of James. There has been no trace of him or contact since July 24th.
