Jose Adan Longoria is wanted for the homicide of Ramiro Muniz, a father of six. Authorities allege that Jose shot Ramiro to death during a verbal altercation. Crime Stoppers Of Tampa Bay mentions that Jose allegedly shot and wounded three other victims during the altercation.
