Summary:

Justin Collins is wanted for the homicide of 29-year-old Asong Fontava. Authorities allege that Justin and his accomplices shot Asong in the head and kidnapped two people at gunpoint, one of whom witnessed the homicide. The two people who were abducted were safely recovered. Justin’s suspected co-defendants have also been arrested. Justin has ties to Maryland, Washington DC and Connecticut.
