Dexter Lamar Scales Sr. is wanted for a double homicide. Authorities allege that he shot Shanika Penn and Samuel Brooks to death. Shanika and Samuel were cousins but a suspected motive for the crime has not been publicized. Shanika was a mother-of-seven and Samuel was a father-of-five. Two women have been arrested as accessories to this crime.
