The Fort Wayne Police Department was called to a man down in the area of E. Wayne St. and S. Monroe St. Fort Wayne, In. The victim was found to be deceased and suffering from several gunshot wounds. The call of the man down came in at approximately 5:40 a.m. The actual shooting occurred at approximately 1:50 a.m. The victim was identified as Kamari Taylor and could be seen walking with the suspect, a tall male black with long braided hair approximately shoulder length.
