On March 14, 2025, at approximately 11:50 p.m., Miguel Angel Santiago Jr. (DOB: 4/9/00) drove to a location in the Roxbury Drive area of Holiday and was fatally shot. The adult man who was shot was transported for medical attention and has been pronounced deceased. The suspect left prior to law enforcement's arrival. The incident is not believed to be a random act and appears to be isolated.

During the course of the investigation, Adrian Golden-Rodriguez, DOB 11/02/2006, was identified as a suspect and an arrest warrant for Homicide was obtained. As of April 21, 2025, the Pasco Sheriff's Office was seeking the public's assistance in locating 18-year-old Adrian Golden-Rodriguez for information related to the ongoing homicide investigation. Adrian's whereabouts are unknown at this time. Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to the identification and arrest of any unknown suspect(s) involved in the murder of Miguel Angel Santiago, and/or the arrest of wanted homicide suspect Adrian Golden-Rodriguez.
