FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE March 16, 2026 Suspicious Death Investigation Underway in Ashland On Monday, March 16, at approximately 8:00 a.m., the Boyd County Coroner’s Office was notified of a deceased individual located near 34th Street inside the floodwall in Ashland. The victim was discovered by city workers, who contacted authorities after finding the body of an adult female in the area. The deceased has been identified as 43-year-old Tammy Morin of the Ashland area.
