Step 2: Get Tips
Sometimes we don't have DNA or other evidence to close these cases. That's ok! Just having the cases visible, shared on social media and able for the public to find can bring tips in. Tips submitted on a case page go straight into Badge Apps Tips, where every tip is assigned, tracked and accounted for, tipsters can be answered anonymously, and the case record is discovery-ready. Theories and questions from the public are steered to the case discussion instead, so your tip queue only holds direct information.
