Abel Eduardo Quintanar is wanted in connection with the homicide of 49-year-old Andrew “Andy” Hagara. Hagara was found deceased in his home, having been bludgeoned to death with a heavy object. Quintanar had lived with Hagara for two weeks and was last seen driving Hagara’s vehicle in Oregon. Quintanar has ties to Oakland, California and his native country of Mexico.
