Alejandro Ortiz Lozano is wanted for his alleged involvement in the homicide of 18-year-old Ernest Simmons Jr. Simmons was in a car that was backing out of an apartment complex when two men began to kick the vehicle. Simmons and his cousin got out and a fight broke out. A third attacker arrived as the fight ended and stabbed Simmons to death. Lozano was linked to the crime through fingerprints and witnesses. Lozano may have fled to Sonora, Mexico.
