Summary:
Jorge Vasquez is wanted for the vehicular homicide of 9-year-old Lance Turner. Turner had jumped on the hood of Vasquez’s car as a joke. Vasquez allegedly responded by driving on a sidewalk, knocking Turner off the car. Vasquez allegedly then struck Turner with his car, dragging the child underneath it for approximately 300 ft. Turner died in a children’s hospital the following day. Vasquez is believed to have fled to Mexico.
