Summary:

Ciro Beltran and his brother Miguel are wanted for the contract-killing of 46-year old Robin Duane Klataska. Robin’s wife, Sherry Martindale paid the brothers $15,000 each to kill her husband. The Beltran brothers then allegedly stabbed and beat Robin to death. Sherry was arrested and convicted of murder. TDCJ inmate records confirm she is still serving her sentence and is not eligible for a parole hearing until 2034. Miguel is from California and the brothers have ties to Florida and Mexico.
