Federal warrant obtained by U.S. Marshals against Michael for Flight to Avoid Prosecution.

Investigative information indicated Michael was likely in Malaysia. 

Michael taunted authorities online from his MySpace account: "The will of God cannot be changed. Not by TV stations, or police departments, or guns, or bombs...To say that I threatened you is absolutely ridonculous. That I threatened my son or myself...Why? My son is with me. I am not sad. I am happy. We don't have a penny to our name. But yet we have never skipped a meal or slept in the street."

Michael and Eitan entered Ethiopia on this date. They stayed at the Baro Hotel in Addis Adaba, Ethiopia.

Investigative clues showed Michael was still in Yemen.

A felony warrant for Interference with Child Custody was issued for Michael Blasingame.

With no sign of Michael or Eitan to be found, Diana made her first report to the Plano Police Department.

Divorce case went to trial in Collin County, Texas and Michael did not show. Diana was granted sole custody of Eitan.

Michael was supposed to transfer Eitan to Diana per the temporary custody agreement but Michael and Eitan could not be reached our found by family.

Michael stayed with a friend in Dallas but it was reported his apartment wasn't suitable for Eitan and they left.

Diana visited Eitan in Lafayette, LA and was hopeful she could taken Eitan home for Chinese New Year. Michael refused to let Eitan go back to Plano. This was the last time Diana saw her son.

Michael took Eitan to Lafayette, Louisiana after he and Diana agreed to 3-month periods of temporary child custody.  

Michael was served divorce papers but refused to sign them.

Michael returned to the U.S. and would visit Eitan while staying with friends. 

Eitan became ill and Diana told Michael it was time to go home. Diana advised she wanted a divorce due to irresponsible behavior, debt and lack of concern for Eitan. Michael threatened to run away with Eitan and refused to give her Eitan's passport until hours before their departure. Diana and Eitan return to the U.S. and Michael stayed in Madagascar.

Michael, Diana and Eitan moved to Madagascar and stayed in the capital city of Antananarivo.

Michael and Diana were married in Plano, TX.

After celebrating his first birthday with his mother (Diana Huynh), Eitan was taken by his biological father (Michael Blasingame) in 2008 during divorce proceedings initiated by the mother. For 15 years, mom has not seen or heard from her son and only got to spend one birthday with him. Investigators believe Michael fled the United States to numerous other countries with Eitan and to this day, has not been found.
