Summary:
Yssael Lantigua-Alecon is wanted for the homicide of 21-year-old Joselo "Jose" Campusano. Authorities say that Yssael followed Joselo inside a restaurant and into the washroom. That is when Yssael allegedly shot Joselo to death. Yssael fled and has been wanted for 10 years.
